New Fractals in Nob Hill--The Fractal Capital of the World!

Nob Hill always excites: sometime during the last few months, the locally grown Fractal Foundation chose the newest winners of their annual grade-school-age Fractal Challenge, & the results can be seen across the Metro. Below is a dynamic fractal adorning the New Mexico Museum of Natural History, in Old Town.

On the east side of the NM Museum of Natural History sits a sweet Sunburst fractal, created by an APS student...

We're fortunate in Nob Hill to have the fabulous 90-year-old Territorial Revival style Monte Vista Elementary School to use as an outside canvas. Three gigantic new fractal murals now grace the sides of the school.

Where else but in the Metro do you get to see amazing public works of art created by students, displayed on buildings? The winning fractals can be found here...Treat yourself & go see some of them.
